Campus Sexual Assault Policy and Procedure
The IUP Campus Sexual Assault and Victim’s Bill of Rights Policy has been developed to ensure that consistent procedures and coordination of university and community resources are available to victims of sexual assault.
Drug and Alcohol Policies
University policies, Indiana Borough ordinances, and state and federal laws regarding the possession, use, and sale of alcoholic beverages or drugs are vigorously enforced.
Pandemic Response Plan
The IUP Pandemic Business Continuity Plan was developed by the Pandemic Influenza Planning Group made up of key campus administrators from critical operational areas, including health, safety, physical plant/facilities, business, academic, human resources, and housing/residence life. This plan is a campus-specific business continuity plan that addresses how the university will respond to an influenza pandemic event.

Surveillance Camera Policy
The objective of this policy is to regulate the use of surveillance cameras in order to protect the legal and privacy interests of the university and the university community.
Missing Residential Student Notification Policy
The objective of this policy is to clearly define the reporting protocol when a residential student is presumed missing.
