A total of 237 spaces in the IUP Parking Garage, located off Grant Street, are available for rent to members of the IUP community: students, faculty, administrators and staff.
These spaces are located on levels 1, 2, and 3. Each reserved space is indicated by a reserved parking sign.
Persons interesting in renting a space are asked to e-mail their name, Banner ID number, home phone number, permanent address and e-mail address to University Parking Services at email@example.com. Please identify the subject of your e-mail as “IUP Parking Garage Permit.” You will then be placed on the wait list for a space to become available.
In order to distribute the spaces fairly, if applications outnumber the number of available rental spots, those not selected for a space will be added to the waiting list. Those persons successful in securing rental spaces will be notified by e-mail.
These spaces will be available for rent by the year, August to August. The cost for one year is $475.
Anyone who rents a space may retain that space for as long as they are an active member of IUP.
Reserved spaces are only valid and enforced Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Garage will be closed periodically throughout the summer months for necessary
annual maintenance. Garage permit holders will be notified in advance of
upcoming closures and informed of alternate parking locations on campus. Refunds
will not be issued for closures as described above.
