Online citation/boot payments may be made with Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. In-person payments can be made at the Parking Services office during business hours. We accept cash, check, money order, and Crimson Cash as methods of payment over the counter. We do not accept unrolled coins over the amount of one dollar.

Student Holds

If your student account is on hold for an unpaid parking citation, please allow up to 24 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, for the hold to be lifted after your account is paid in full.


If your vehicle has been booted, your account must be paid for in full prior to the boot being removed. To get the boot removed, contact Parking Services, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at 724-357-8748. All other times, contact University Police at 724-357-2141.
