Lewis Publishes on Juvenile Alcohol Use Deterrence and Other Topics
Dr. John Lewis, professor of Criminology, recently published articles on juvenile alcohol use deterrence, professionalism in policing, and drunk driving legislation.
Giever Receives Volunteer Service Award
Dr. Dennis Giever, Criminology professor, received the 2008–2009 Volunteer Service of the Year Award, presented by IUP's Office of Service Learning, for his work to establish the Hopeful Hearts program in Indiana, Pa.
