    Get involved with student organizations on campus, and find out what is going on!

    Want to find out about campus events and student organizations, and find things to do? Log on to CrimsonConnect!

    The Student Government Association is excited to provide a great new software for students, student organizations, and campus programs! CrimsonConnect helps student organizations and campus programs promote their organizations, events, and involvement. All IUP students can log in and select the things they are interested in, and CrimsonConnect will send them recommendations of events and organizations to check out!

    The Student Leadership and Greek Life Office serves as the liaison between recognized student organizations/programs and IUP.

    Staff members provide services for and help promote recognized organizations and programs. This office is an element of the Center for Student Life.

    • To create a new student organization or program, visit the Forms page.
    • To maintain a current recognized organization or program status, visit the Forms page. Since CrimsonConnect has been implemented, the annual re-recognition process has changed. Visit the Forms page for instructions on how to re-recognize your organization for the 2015–16 school year. The re-recognition process must be completed by September 30.

    Fall 2015 CrimsonConnect Training Schedule:

    All new presidents of student organizations are required to attend a CrimsonConnect training session. All student leaders are welcome to attend the training. Also, all student leaders who would like to start a new student organization are required to attend a CrimsonConnect training session as part of the organization recognition process. All CrimsonConnect training sessions are held in G89 Wallwork Hall. Please RSVP or send questions regarding CrimsonConnect training to Ashley Baksis at a.n.baksis@iup.edu. Trainings will be held on the following dates:

    August 25, 26, and 27: 11:00 a.m.–noon, noon–1:00 p.m., 6:00–7:00 p.m., and 7:00–8:00 p.m.

    September 2 and 3: 11:00 a.m.–noon, noon–1:00 p.m., 6:00–7:00 p.m., and 7:00–8:00 p.m.

    Each session is approximately one hour in length, and student organization presidents are required to only attend one session.

    Fall 2015 House of Representatives Meetings

    The Student Government Association will soon announce the dates for the the fall 2015 House of Representatives meetings. All meetings will be held in the HUB Ohio Room. All recognized organizations are asked to send one representative to each meeting. Questions can be directed to Vincent Lopez at v.j.lopez@iup.edu.
