Event Scheduling and Internal Calendar

Welcome to the Department of Music, Theatre, and Dance event portal. We have moved to an all-in-one system for viewing upcoming events and submitting new space requests.

Access the MTD Event Portal
(Internal Calendar, Event Submissions, and Service Dashboards)

Which System Should I Use?

Use the MTD Event Portal for:

  • All Public Events: Any performance, master class, or guest artist event, regardless of the venue.
  • Venue-Specific Requests: Any event (public or private) taking place in Fisher Auditorium, Gorell Recital Hall, or the Waller Mainstage.

Use 25Live for:

  • Private/Internal Events: Non-public rehearsals, meetings, or class sessions that take place in standard classrooms or rehearsal rooms (e.g., Cogswell Hall rooms).

How to Use the MTD Event Portal

View the Calendar: The “Public Calendar” tab shows all upcoming approved performances, rehearsals, and service needs (piano tuning, ushers, stage crew).

Submit a Request: Using the left sidebar, navigate to “Submit an Event.”

Automatic Conflicts: If you request recording or streaming services on a date that is already booked, the system will notify you instantly so you can coordinate or choose an alternative date.

Approval: Once submitted, your request is sent to the office for review. You will receive a confirmation email once your event is officially approved and added to the calendar.
