Chris Clouser is IUP’s science librarian. The science
librarian provides reference services, collection development, library instruction, and research support to the students and faculty of the Kopchick College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics. The goal of the science librarian is to meet the information needs
of the scientific community at IUP.
The science collection at IUP contains more than 40,000 volumes, 2,200 journals, and more than 500 movies and video recordings covering all of the scientific disciplines. The collection continually is updated, through collaboration between the science
faculty and IUP Libraries, to make sure the science collection is modern and relevant to the latest research from around the world.
