    Chris ClouserChris Clouser is IUP’s science librarian, providing reference services, collection development, library instruction, and research support to the students and faculty of the Kopchick College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.

    The science collection at IUP contains more than 40,000 volumes, 2,200 journals, and more than 500 movies and video recordings covering all of the scientific disciplines. The collection is continually updated to make sure the science collection is modern and relevant to the latest research from around the world.

    Subject Responsibilities

    Clouser is the subject bibliographer for the following disciplines, as well as cross-disciplinary programs in the sciences and technology.

    • Evaluation and recommendation of new journals

    • Individual reference and research support for students and faculty
    • Workshops and training on library resources
    • Creation of research guides for the sciences
