Office 365 Migration

  • What does this migration mean?

Over the next few months all CGP accounts will be migrated to Office 365 (this includes your e-mails, calendars, and contacts). Outlook will now be the supported mail application on the standard desktop—Thunderbird will be removed. You will no longer access your e-mail on the web via, but at (notice the removal of the preceding i). This conversion will happen in stages, and you will be notified when it’s time for your account to be migrated. Thanks for your patience during the adoption of this new system!

This is the projected timeline for your Office 365 migration:

    • 12:00 a.m. – Account migration begins. Do not access your e-mail during the migration.
    • 7:00 a.m. – E-mail migration is complete, and you can access your Office 365 e-mail account. The migration of your contacts and calendar will continue. Do not be alarmed if you do not see all of your contacts or calendar entries by 7:00 a.m.
