In order to use any internet device (including computers, cell phones, tablets, smart devices, game machines, and printers) in the residence halls, you will need to create a Boldyn account.

Visit Boldyn, and then use your IUP credentials to create an account.

You will be assigned a wireless password. You can use that password, or you can select Close and then click on Change Wi-Fi Password if you want to create your own password.

You can then use that password to connect to the wireless network:

If you have issues in the future, you can call this number for 24/7/365 support:

You can also call, chat, or email directly through your account

For issues outside of the residence halls, you can also open an ihelp call. Be sure to include a clear description of your problem along with your room/suite and the port you are trying to use.
