This course, consisting of four weekly classes, is designed
to teach basic mindfulness and meditation skills. Mindfulness has been
empirically demonstrated to help focus attention, improve mood and decrease
stress and anxiety. This course is not for credit and is free of charge. The
companion app will be paid for by IUP.
