When making future arrangements to travel on university business, you may have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance that will allow you to "cancel for any reason" and reimburse travel costs (or part of the costs) should an unforeseen circumstance prevent you from completing your travels or if cancelling a trip for any reason. Effective immediately, we encourage you to purchase such insurance for the protection of the university, and to request reimbursement for the expense through the usual travel reimbursement process.
