Allied Van Lines Scholarship
This scholarship is available to full-time undergraduate students. Allied Van Lines is a large moving company and is looking to provide a scholarship to three students whose area of study focuses on logistics and moving-related fields. Anthony Castelli Attorney's Veteran's College Scholarship
In order to honor Anthony's father, Lt. Jr. Grade Joseph A. Castelli, a World War II Navy hero, Anthony Castelli is awarding a scholarship to veterans. This is an annual scholarship awarded to a current military veteran or honorably discharged veteran, or parent, sibling, child, or grandchild of a current or honorably discharged veteran.

B. Davis Scholarship

Boster Scholarship Fund
The Boster Bio Scholarships are for university students who have been accepted into a research position in biology or a medical-related lab with a minimum of nine credit hours’ worth of research work for the next two semesters. Incoming university students can apply, as well, and must provide proof of significant interest in biomedical research, which can include a history of volunteering or an internship in an area related to biology or medicine. Candidates must submit a letter of recommendation and obtain a minimum cumulative 3.60 GPA. Two scholarships worth $1,000 each will be awarded annually, and the deadline to submit an application is May 31, 2023. Winners will be announced on June 30, 2023. Community Foundation
For more than 30 years, we have helped donors in both Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio build lasting legacies and helped to shape responses to community needs through philanthropic leadership, commitment, and compassion. Custody X Change Scholarship
The Custody X Change Scholarship program awards three scholarships to single parents each year. If you're a parent that has primary physical custody of one or more minor children, and your student is enrolled full-time at an accredited college and has a GPA of 3.0 or higher, you can apply for this scholarship.

ExtremeTerrain Student Scholarship Program
ExtremeTerrain is comprised of Jeep Wrangler enthusiasts who value the Jeep culture as well as the preservation of public lands. By investing in students and communities that share our sentiments on land preservation, ExtremeTerrain is investing in the future of not just Jeep culture, but also the future of our sacred public lands. Two $3,000 scholarships are being offered, one for the fall semester and one for the spring semester. Students who are pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Research, Land Use, Earth and Atmosphere Studies, Sustainable Land Management, Parks and Recreation, or Sustainable Agriculture Systems are eligible to apply.

Future Counselors of America Scholarship
This annual scholarship awards $1,000 to US undergraduates and graduates majoring in psychology who seek a career in relationship counseling or a related field. Applicants will be judged based on academic achievement (minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA) and a minimum 500- to a maximum 900-word essay titled "The Psychology of Online Dating." The essay should address the psychological issues and challenges facing singles given the growing popularity of online dating, and how relationship professionals can help online daters navigate these challenges. Healthcare Leaders Scholarship
The Healthcare Leaders Scholarship is offered to qualified applicants who are entering or currently pursuing an educational program related to nursing or other medical fields at an accredited institution. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Indiana Garden Club (IGC) Scholarship
The Indiana Garden Club (IGC) Scholarship is an annual award for a minimum of one $500 scholarship for undergraduate students who are currently pursuing a degree in Agriculture Education, Agronomy, Floriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Botany, Biology (excluding Medical), Conservation, Environmental Concerns, Forestry, Plant Pathology, City Planning, Wildlife Science, Land Management, and/or allied subjects, as well as being a resident of Indiana County. This scholarship requires the completion of an application, a copy of the student’s official transcript, and a letter of recommendation. The application can be found at https://indianagardenclub.org/scholarships, and the application and supporting documents must be completed and mailed to the Indiana Garden Club, Attention: Scholarship, P.O. Box 1447, Indiana, PA 15701 by July 15. Recipients will be notified by mail by August 1.
Jack Shaheen Mass Communications Scholarship
In honor of Dr. Jack G Shaheen, the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) is offering scholarships of $2500 for Arab American undergraduate juniors and seniors, as well as graduate students, majoring in journalism, radio, television, and/or film. Students must submit a one-page statement explaining why they merit the scholarship, their goals, how Jack Shaheen’s work influences their career, and a declaration that they are a US citizen of Arab heritage. Other materials needed to be submitted include two original, signed letters of recommendation from Mass Communications professors, copies of your articles, DVDs, films, and so forth (these items will not be returned to the applicant), official academic transcripts with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA, and your permanent home address, phone number, email address, and your phone number during the school year, if different. All materials can be submitted to the ADC Research Institute at nmohamad@adc.org. If you have any questions, call (202) 244-2990 or email adc@adc.org. Submission deadline is set for April 12, 2023, and awards will be presented at the ADC National Convention in Washington, D.C. in June 2023.
James "Rhio" O'Connor Memorial Scholarship Fund
Students are welcome to apply for this scholarship honoring James "Rhio" O'Connor, a man who fought cancer. His path led to his creation of treatment protocols, which consisted of vitamins, minerals, vegetables, fruits, and other dietary elements. John Family Health Careers Scholarship
The John Family Health Careers Scholarship at Evangelical Community Hospital provides 4 annual awards of $5,000 to students entering college for the purpose of pursuing a career as a respiratory therapist, medical technologist, medical imaging technologist, clinical laboratory scientist, or cytotechnologist. JPMorgan Chase/UNCF Corporate Scholars Programs
The JPMorgan Chase/UNCF Corporate Scholars Program has been established to increase minority student interest in JPMorgan Chase and expand the company's pool of minority employees. Scholars participate in eight- to ten-week paid internships and receive financial need-based scholarships up to $10,000. Eligible students are sophomore and junior students seeking a bachelor's degree in accounting, business, computer information systems, economics, engineering, finance, marketing, mathematics, operations management, or software engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.2. Katherine M. McKenna Scholarship
The Greensburg Garden Center is offering the Katherine M. McKenna scholarship in the amount of $1,500 to residents of Westmoreland and surrounding counties. Applicants must have completed one year at an accredited college or university pursuing a two- or four-year degree in botany, horticulture, forestry, landscape architecture, or related fields. McKee Scholars
The Estate of John McKee, through the McKee Scholarship Committee, offers scholarships for college or vocational training to high school seniors or graduates (not over age 19 years at the time of the application) who meet all of the following criteria: (a) fatherless boys (i.e., whose biological or lost adoptive father is actually dead or has been declared missing by a competent authority) of any race—"missing" may also include permanently absent, dysfunctional, and not functioning as a father to the applicant; (b) in need of financial assistance; and (c) native to the five-county Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area (Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia). PACAC Scholarship
The Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling is offering the PACAC scholarship to high school seniors who are graduating from PACAC member schools, with the goal of supporting students in their post-secondary educational goals. High school seniors will be selected based on academic performance, financial need, commitment to cultural and intellectual diversity, and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 at the end of the first semester of the student's senior year.

The American Association of University Women, Harrisburg branch, announces four college scholarships available to women from Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry counties who are pursuing degrees in the 2023-24 academic year.
The Beverly J. Smith Memorial Scholarship ($2,500) will be awarded to a woman resident of Dauphin, Cumberland, or Perry county who attends an accredited college or university in Pennsylvania in pursuit of a bachelor's degree. Requirements include completion of 60 credits, a minimum 3.40 GPA, demonstration of financial need, and enrollment as a full-time student for the 2023-24 academic year.
The Member Memorial Scholarship ($1,500) will be awarded to a woman resident of Dauphin, Cumberland, or Perry county who attends an accredited college or university in Pennsylvania in pursuit of an associate or bachelor's degree. Requirements include completion of 15 credits, minimum 3.00 GPA, demonstration of financial need, and enrollment on at least a half-time basis (6 credits per term) for the 2023-24 academic year.
The Ronald D. and Kathleen A. Krausse STEM Scholarship ($1,500) will be awarded to a woman resident of Dauphin, Cumberland, or Perry county who attends an accredited college or university in Pennsylvania in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in a STEM major. Requirements include completion of 30 credits, minimum 3.00 GPA, demonstration of financial need, and enrollment as a full-time student in the 2023-24 academic year.
The Sally C. Chamberlain Scholarship ($1,500) will be awarded to a woman resident of Dauphin, Cumberland, or Perry county who is seeking to resume or renew academic work. Requirements include completion of 15 credits toward an associate or bachelor's degree, a minimum 2.9 GPA, demonstration of financial need, and enrollment on at least a half-time credit (six credits per term) at a college or university in Pennsylvania for the 2023-24 academic year.
The Jack Sherwin Memorial Humanities Scholarship ($1,500) will be awarded to a female resident of Dauphin, Cumberland, or Perry County who attends an accredited college or university in Pennsylvania in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in the humanities (e.g. history, philosophy and religion, modern and ancient languages and literatures, fine and performing arts, media and cultural studies). Requirements include completion of 30 credits, minimum 3.00 GPA, demonstration of financial need, and enrollment as a full-time student in the 2023-2024 academic year.
The Jack Sherwin Memorial Political Science Scholarship ($1,500) will be awarded to a female resident of Dauphin, Cumberland, or Perry County who attends an accredited college or university in Pennsylvania in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in political science, international studies, foreign policy, or related academic majors. Shafer Greaves Family Scholarship
The Shafer Greaves Family Scholarships will be awarded to two non-traditional students who have been accepted or are enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university located in Blair, Cambria, Huntingdon, Indiana, or Centre County. The applicant must be determined by the Financial Aid Office to have financial need and must have a commitment to community service as described in a brief (300-word maximum) summary of the student's prior history of service to the community and future plans for service to the community. To be considered, please reach out to efritz@iup.edu to determine your financial need status. If the applicant displays financial need, we will provide you with the scholarship application.

Suzanne M. Lynch Memorial Scholarship
The Suzanne M. Lynch memorial scholarship was created to assist interior design majors who are completing their junior year at one of the following colleges: IUP, LaRoche College, Mercyhurst College, or Carlow College. Applicants must be US citizens and demonstrate financial need.

United Methodist Church Western PA Conference Scholarships
United Methodist Church Western PA Conference Scholarships is offering three different scholarships for students who attend an accredited two- or four-year degree program. Requirements include being a member of the United Methodist Church in Western PA for one year, a minimum 2.50 GPA, demonstration of financial need, and having a B average or higher either as a high school or college student.
Christopher Smith Memorial Scholarship: Preference will be given to a student who is Pursuing a career in any of the graphic arts.
Ruth Zitzman Schall Memorial Scholarship: Preference will be given to a first-year female student who's a member of Tionesta UMC.
Dorsey Educational Scholarship Fund: Preference will be given to a student who is planning to attend IUP and is a member of Grace UMC in Indiana, PA.
