This double-bill concert opens with the IUP Symphony Orchestra (Alexandra Dee, conductor) performing music that celebrates the diversity of the American musical voice.

A preview of their upcoming performance at the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association Conference, it will feature works by Roger Zare, Florence Price, Virgil Thomson, John Williams, and George Gershwin.

In the second half, you'll be treated to the harmonious sounds of the IUP Brass Ensemble (Zach Collins, conductor) performing a variety of works for brass instruments.
