About Dr. Wilman
Folkert Wilman is a fellow in residence at the Colorado European Union Center of Excellence at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is an expert on matters related to the digital single market (e-commerce, geo-blocking, online platforms, collaborative economy) and the intellectual property and enforcement for the European Union.
