    The Counseling Center assists students in recognizing tasks inherent in their development as individuals and in their growth as IUP students.
    Green Dot
    The Green Dot Bystander Intervention strategy is a comprehensive approach to violence prevention that capitalizes on the power of peer influence. This model views all community members as potential bystanders, and seeks to engage them, through awareness, education and skills practice.
    The Haven Project
    The Haven Project provides counseling and support for students who experience sexual and relationship violence.  The Haven Project also provides education on sexual and relationship violence, stalking, consent, and bystander intervention.

    The Health and Wellness Promotion program encourages students to make healthy lifestyle choices.
    Mindfulness Living Learning Community
    Mindfulness training and awareness is a practice which can promote greater awareness, help focus attention, and deepen a sense of presence and compassion towards others.
    Nutrition Connection
    Nutrition Connection provides preprofessional training in nutrition intervention to junior and senior dietetics majors and provides IUP students with information about nutrition for a variety of personal concerns.
