The Center for Health and Well-Being (CHWB) is a centralized, convenient resource for IUP student health needs.
Located on the ground floor of the Suites on Maple East, the Center for Health and Well-Being offers health-related services and programs which contribute to the academic success and general well-being of our students.
Achieving and maintaining wellness is an active process that is crucial to a successful experience in college. The Center for Health and Well-Being is available to facilitate that process by offering students easier access to health-related services and programs; Health Services, the Counseling Center, services of the Health AWAREness program, the Nutrition Connection, Facilities, Aquatics, and Recreation services, and the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs program. These individual services, working together, makes the Center for Health and Well-Being a great place for student to seek help, receive health care, and get support in their efforts to be well. Most services provided at the Center for Health and Well-Being are funded by students’ Wellness Fees.
