The PASSHE-West Virtual Recruitment Campaign is a pilot initiated by the career center teams of California University of Pennsylvania, Clarion University, Edinboro University, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and Slippery Rock University to create opportunities for students and employers to connect, network, and share information.

The career center directors and their staff sent coordinated outreach to nearly 1,000 employers throughout western Pennsylvania, offering virtual recruitment events through Zoom and other university technology.More than 50 employers and graduate schools have opted in to the pilot.
