Recruiters from more than 75 organizations will be at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. during the IUP Spring Career Fair, sponsored by the Career and Professional Development Center.
"This event gives students and alumni the opportunity to explore part-time and full-time positions, as well as internship options," event coordinator Jan Shellenbarger said. "We have a wide variety of companies attending the fair from areas such as business, safety, healthcare, and social services.
"The Spring Career Fair provides students with an opportunity to explore employers and career opportunities that they may have never thought about," Shellenbarger continued. "Participating also provides students with an opportunity for face-to-face contact with recruiters and a chance to polish their networking skills."
No pre-registration is required, and attendance vouchers will be available. Students and alumni are encouraged, but not required, to dress in business or business casual attire, as well as bring several rsums with them.
