The Center for Applied Psychology (CAP) provides treatment and assessment for children, adolescents, and families. Psychotherapy is provided for problems ranging from anxiety and depression to disruptive behavior and parent-child relational issues. Evaluations are conducted to assess concerns ranging from child development or academic performance to behavioral issues or adjustment.
Among the problems assessed and/or treated in the CAP are:
- Parent-child relational problems
 - Child/youth learning disabilities
 - Disruptive behavior problems
 - Partner relational problems
 - Depression, anxiety, or grief
 - Developmental concerns and evaluations
 - A desire to develop more effective parenting skills
