IUP’s Theater-by-the-Grove Presents “Ride the Cyclone,” A Darkly Comic Musical

IUP’s Theater-by-the-Grove, a student performance organization in the Department of Music, Theatre, and Dance, presents the cult-favorite musical “Ride the Cyclone.” Performances will take place April 9–11 at 7:30 p.m. and April 12 at 2:00 p.m. on the Waller Hall Mainstage.

The Moth Brings Acclaimed Storytelling Keynote to IUP on March 31

IUP’s Lively Arts will host a special keynote and live storytelling performance celebrating IUP’s 150th Anniversary featuring The Moth, the internationally renowned storytelling organization, on Tuesday, March 31, at 7:30 p.m. in Fisher Auditorium. The event will take place on IUP’s campus and is open to students, faculty, staff, and the community.

Concert to Highlight Pittsburgh Opera Residency

A concert of opera selections performed by students and IUP faculty will take place Wednesday, March 18, at 7:30 p.m. in IUP’s Gorell Recital Hall. The concert is free and open to the community.

Theater-by-the-Grove Opens Premiere Production of New Play “By the Time We Got to Woodstock”

IUP Theatre’s performance ensemble company, Theater-by-the-Grove, is proud to announce the opening of their developmental premiere of a new play, “By The Time We Got To Woodstock,” written by notable playwright John Spellos.
