Joining IUP in fall 2018, Hillary previously spent 10 years at the University of Pittsburgh–Bradford, where she held positions as an academic advisor, retention specialist, and director of TRiO Student Support Services, a federally funded program that provides underrepresented student populations with opportunities for academic and career development, assists students with navigating and meeting college requirements, and motivates students toward the successful attainment of a college degree.
In addition to her role in the TRiO SSS program, Hillary supervised a successful peer mentoring program, was an instructor of Freshman Seminar, College Success, and Leadership Development courses, and actively participated in campus initiatives and committees, including SAFE Zone/LGBTQ Alliance, Disability Review Board, Student Engagement and Retention Task Force, Pitt-Bradford Staff Association, and the university’s American Cancer Society Relay for Life team.
Prior to joining IUP, Hillary spent four years as the director of a family mental health therapy program.Hillary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Services from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science degree in Secondary School Counseling from University of Scranton.

Allison joins the University College from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences Dean’s Office, where she served since 2015. She is a member of the President’s Commission on Diversity and Inclusion and co-chair of Subcommittee #6: Enhancing and Supporting Professional Development and Diversity Awareness for Faculty and Staff. She helped create the inaugural Diversity Action Plan and serves as an Executive Committee member and chapter officer of the IUP chapter of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
Allison is an IUP Safe Zone member and is GreenDot trained. She has assisted with planning multiple campus-wide events and enjoys being an active campus and community member. Outside of IUP, Allison worked as a head volleyball coach for three years at a local high school and brings over eight years coaching experience to the program.
She is a proud IUP alumna, with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and a bachelor’s degree in child development and family relations.

An alumnus of IUP, Jeremy has attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Master of Arts degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education. As an undergraduate student, he worked as a Crimson Guide for the Office of Admissions. He was also involved with the IUP Ambassadors, Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, and as a volunteer for Welcome Weekend.
As a graduate student, Jeremy gained valuable experience in a number of IUP offices. He served as the graduate assistant for the Office of Student Support and Community Standards, as a mock interviewer for the Career and Professional Development Center, and in the Office of Admissions. He was a graduate intern for the Office of Annual Giving and volunteered with the Office of New Student Orientation. He also was a graduate intern in the Office of Career Development at Chatham University.
