In order to provide students with materials in a format to assist in electronically creating and distributing credentials, recognitions, and résumés, effective this month, Dean’s List certificates and letters will be sent to students as an electronic document (PDF).

As an electronic document, the Dean’s List certificate can be saved into a file, forwarded on, or self-printed.

Students achieve Dean’s List recognition when they earn a 3.25 or higher grade point average based on 12 graded credits or more in a semester (a pass-fail course does not count toward the 12 credits).

For the spring 2022 semester, grades will be posted and available for view by May 13. Dean’s List notifications (a letter and the electronic certificate) will be emailed to students’ IUP email addresses during the first week of June.

For students with a grade change or late grade who achieve Dean’s List status for the spring 2022 semester, notifications will be sent by July 15.

The list of students achieving Dean’s List status will continue to be posted on the IUP website, and news releases will continue to be sent to media outlets.
