    Our regional advantage enables you to receive a university education while commuting, greatly reducing the cost and debt of your education. Students may start more than 140 undergraduate programs at IUP and may earn both undergraduate and graduate degrees (in some programs) entirely on the Northpointe campus.

    Starting this fall, undergraduate students who:

    • Have earned fewer than 60 credits
    • Are enrolled in a degree program
    • Are Pennsylvania residents
    • Attend either IUP at Northpointe or IUP Punxsutawney
