Learn more about IUP’s M.A. in Adult and Community Education (ACE) program offered at IUP’s Monroeville site by attending an information session on Monday, May 10, 2010, at 6:00 p.m.
During the session, program coordinator Dr. Gary Dean will present information about the benefits of earning your graduate degree in ACE from IUP, program curriculum and format, and the admission process.
The M.A. in Adult and Community Education program is designed to enhance your skills in program planning, working with adults in a teaching and training capacity, organizational techniques, and community education.
Earning a master’s degree in the field of Adult and Community Education enables you to tailor your graduate program to meet your needs within your current profession, and also provides the tools necessary if you are seeking to change careers.
Alumni of the ACE program work in various areas, including corporate training and human resource management, healthcare education, adult basic and literacy education, social services, higher education, and community development and outreach.
