On Tuesday, March 23, 2010, Nadav Baum, executive vice president for BPU Investment Management Inc., served as the Executive-in-Residence for the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology.
During the day, Mr. Baum spoke with students in Marketing, Finance, and Management classes focusing on preparing students for the job market and for success after they acquire a job.
Mr. Baum, a frequent CNBC.com contributor, concentrates in a holistic approach to wealth management and has been advising high net-worth individuals and their families since 1987. His group, the Nadav Baum Group, uses a team approach to help clients through all aspects and stages of the wealth management cycle in accumulation, distribution, and transfer. Mr. Baum has also been recognized by various newspapers, magazines, and other financial publications for outstanding customer service and in-depth planning services. These include individual portfolio management and asset/liability management.
A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Baum credits his dual-major of Finance and Economics as being a key catalyst to his success.
Mr. Baum is a Pittsburgh native. He now resides in Fox Chapel with his wife, Nancy, and their three children, Saxon, Danika, and Keaton. Mr. Baum also serves on various boards and organizations throughout the city and is currently devoting most of his charitable time to ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) Association of Western Pennsylvania, where he serves as an active advisor.
