Don’t let January slip away without joining IUP’s faculty and staff fitness center. The James G. Mill Center for Health and Fitness is currently accepting new applicants for 2010!
As a member, enjoy some of the lowest rates in the area while you work out in a friendly environment with no students. A one-year gym membership is only $100 for IUP faculty and staff—your spouse may join as well for a combined fee of $185. General community packages are available as well.
Take a total approach to fitness by focusing on your physical well-being. Through individual use of the facility, the James G. Mill Center for Health and Fitness allows its members to improve their ﬁtness and quality of life. The fitness center is open to those of all ability levels, so let us help you jump start your weight loss, get in shape, and get started on a path towards healthier living. Our hours are convenient as well. We are open Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Fridays, 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.), and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Closed on Sundays. For each new member, a $15 application fee will be assessed. The James G. Mill Center for Health and Fitness is located on the second floor of Zink Hall.
