Two-Week Free Trial of Fitness and Recreation Classes

Try it—you’ll like it! Free Fitness and Recreation classes will be held beginning Tuesday, January 19, through Friday, January 29, 2010.

Regular sessions will begin for those registered for class beginning Sunday, January 31, and continuing through Friday, April 30, 2010.

  • Aquatic classes include Water Aerobic/Weight Training, H2O Cardio, LT Fat Burner's Club, Hydrocise, and Hydro X.
  • Dance Instruction includes Beginner and Intermediate Tap, Beginner and Intermediate Jazz, Beginner and Intermediate Ballet, and Zumba.
  • Mind and Body exercises include Yoga and Hula Hooping for Health.
