Did you know that IUP has a channel on YouTube? Yes, even a university established in 1875 with long-valued traditions can be a part of the twenty-first century. When you visit our YouTube videos, prepare yourself with popcorn and a very large soda because you will find so much entertainment to keep you at your computer for hours.

Just this week, the final video recordings from the 2009 Distinguished Alumni Awards have been added for your enjoyment. You will find a separate video for each of the eight recipients—each highlights their achievements and their acceptance speech. They will make you laugh, some bring tears to your eyes, and each will make you proud to be an IUP graduate!

Visit the IUP YouTube Channel, click on the Distinguished Alumni Award playlist, and learn more about these eight IUP alumni:  Charles Cashdollar ’65, Richard Ferguson ’62, Thomas Gathers ’77, Robert Gett ’72, Mary Louise Leipheimer ’66, Susan Mellott ’73, Daniel Radakovich, Jr. ’80, and David Serlo ’68, M’70.
