The senior Geoscience majors will be presenting their research at the thirty-fifth annual Geoscience Day on Friday, April 24, 2009.
The student presentations start at 8:15 a.m. and run until 11:00 am. The keynote speaker, alumnus Dr. Kevin Jones ’03, PhD from Columbia University, will speak from 11:00 to noon. His talk is entitled “Neodymium Isotopes in the Ocean and Their Uses as a Tracer of Past Oceanic Conditions.”
