As a reminder of the announcement made in August: the IUP Break
Bus Service has been canceled for the 2020–21 academic year due to
the COVID-19 global pandemic.
The Student Co-op cannot practically provide convenient, safe, and
affordable round-trip transportation to IUP students for the Thanksgiving,
Winter, and Spring breaks.
Here are other public transportation options to and
from IUP.
Currently,
Fullington Trailways operates scheduled transportation
options for Indiana, with connections to Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, conveniently located at the pick-up location beside the Kovalchick Complex. Additionally, Amtrak provides regional rail service out of both Altoona and Johnstown, with ride sharing availability from Indiana to either of those stations.
For more information, please visit the IUP Break Bus website
and contact Zach Clark (znclark@iup.edu)
with further questions.
