Update on PPE Orders, Central Stores Deliveries, Barriers and Sneeze Guards

To all our Campus Customers,

We have been fielding numerous inquiries regarding the availability of PPE and barriers. Below is information that will help as you return to campus.

General Materials for Your Department

For available PPE and instructions to order, please see the Central Storeroom website.

Availability of Deliveries

For those who have entered reservations or have items arriving through Shipping and Receiving, please email the Central Storeroom at central-storeroom@iup.edu to alert the storeroom staff when/if you will be on campus. Please provide your reservation number, name, department, address, email, and telephone number.

Please understand that the preparation and delivery regarding COVID-19 safety aspects are receiving priority preference at this time.

Barriers, pre-ordered

If you requested a barrier via coordination with Michele Fatora, they are starting to arrive. The Central Storeroom staff and Facilities personnel are working to get them delivered and/or installed. Offices that have ordered barriers requiring installation have been notified by facilities to enter a work order. Desktop barriers will be delivered directly to the requesting department—no work orders are required for this model. If you have questions or concerns regarding orders placed through Michele, please contact her directly at michelet@iup.edu.

Barriers, Available Through the Central Storeroom

Additional barriers have been ordered for those who did not pre-order or those in need of barriers while waiting for the barriers to arrive. As these arrive, the website (per link above) will be updated.
