“Indiana University of Pennsylvania President Dr. Michael A. Driscoll said continued donations to the university’s Imagine Unlimited fundraising campaign have allowed IUP to pass several naming resolutions. At its meeting Thursday, IUP’s Council of Trustees approved three naming resolutions: • One honors the Frank and Sharon Roberts Family with the naming of a future cafeteria in the Academy of Culinary Arts in Punxsutawney. • Another honors 2001 Academy of Culinary Arts graduate Kristin Butterworth with the naming of a future demonstration kitchen at the academy. • A third recognizes a student and his mentor, as the Dessy-Roffman Myth Collaborative is named for longtime federal librarian and 1973 IUP graduate Blane K. Dessy and Rosaly Roffman, now a professor emerita of English.”
