Navigating the IUP EasyPay system

Paying the IUP bill can be confusing. Here are some important dates to keep in mind. Student bills are issued electronically through the IUP EasyPay system on or around the 28th of each month, with payment due the 20th of the following month.

Spring 2020 semester bills posted on November 27, 2019 are due December 20, 2019. With the electronic billing system, students are notified through their IUP email that a bill is available to view, so we recommend they check their email often. Students must view their bill by logging in to MyIUP and follow the link to IUP EasyPay.

To deliver services to its students more efficiently, IUP has an online payment service—IUP EasyPay—accessible from by accessing the IUP EasyPay webpage or through MyIUP. These online payment services offer students and authorized users (e.g., parent and/or guardian) the flexibility and convenience to view and pay their bills 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Payments can be made by electronic check payments (e-checks) or credit cards. Users can pay by e-check for no additional fee by simply entering your account and routing numbers. Credit card payments are accepted with Visa, Discover, or MasterCard. There is a 2.85 percent convenience fee assessed to all credit card payments.

Authorized users require student permission through the student's authorized user process.  Once you become an authorized user you can:

  • Check your student’s balance
  • Make a payment towards your student’s balance
  • View your payment history
  • Store your payment methods for quick and easy payment
  • Access E-Billing
  • View and print your student’s billing statement
  • Enroll in a payment plan so you can pay your students balance in installments
  • View your student’s current payment plan status
  • Make a payment toward on your student’s installments.
