It's On Us to...

  • Recognize that non-consensual sex is sexual assault
  • Identify situations in which sexual assault may occur
  • Intervene in situations where consent has not been given
  • Create an environment in which sexual assault is unacceptable and survivors are supported

Women ages 18–24 who are college students are three times more likely than women in general to experience sexual violence. Male college-aged students are 78 percent more likely than non-students of the same age to be a victim of rape or sexual assault.
