“Changes at Folger Hall were a highlight of IUP President Dr. Michael A. Driscoll’s report to the Council of Trustees earlier this month, and were part of $20.8 million in anticipated expenses slashed in order to balance IUP’s 2019-20 budget.“In response to a demonstrated need for a place for students to gather to collaborate on projects for class or for club activities, and to study, Folger Hall is being repurposed,” Driscoll said.”
