Port A. native honored by IUP

“INDIANA, Pa. — A total of nine graduates from Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s College of Health and Human Services, including a former Port Allegany man, were selected as the inaugural class for the College’s Hall of Distinction. IUP honored Brian K. Payne, formerly of Port Allegany, who earned his bachelor’s (1988), master’s (1990) and doctoral (1993) degrees from IUP with the recognition.”
