University College staff supported the Office of New Student Orientation and the Office of the Student Advocate in kicking off the first session of the fall 2019 Freshman Orientation season this past weekend.

Of the 198 students in attendance of the two-day event, 27 students were Exploratory students in the University College, making it the fourth largest college represented.

During their time on campus, incoming students gained a glimpse into college life, ate in the dining hall, attended a Six O’Clock series event, and built their first-semester fall schedule with college advisors throughout the weekend-long event.

The University College looks forward to seeing the rest of the class of 2023 throughout the orientation season and this fall!
