Posted on 5/6/2019 1:02:30 PM

Are you concerned about the incidences of violence on and off campus? Do you wish you could do something, but aren’t sure what to do?

Join us Monday, May 13, 2019, from 1:00 until 2:30 p.m. in HUB Monongahela room as we learn to make a difference on campus and in our community by understanding when to intervene and how to help others in difficult situations through bystander intervention.

Learn how to become an active voice and how to step in when someone else needs it the most.

IUP Green Dot LogoGreen Dot training for faculty, staff, and administrators is a 90-minute training that introduces the basic elements of Green Dot, focusing specifically on the vital role university employees play in establishing and reinforcing the culture that students exist within at IUP.

Please RSVP to green-dot@iup.edu if interested in attending.

Green Dot is a national program implemented throughout many universities across the United States. For more information on how Green Dot is being implemented on our campus, visit our Green Dot page on the IUP website.
