You are invited to view the film Light of the Moon with the Haven Project and the Alice Paul House. The film will be shown on Thursday, April 18, from 6:00 until 8:30 p.m. in the HUB Monongahela Room. A discussion will be held following the film, with an opportunity for questions.
The film focuses on sexual violence. After a brutal rape, a young architect experiences the emotional consequences in this sympathetic look at the challenge of surviving. The Light of the Moon delves into the messy realities of the emotional and physical fallout of sexual assault.
Trigger warning: This film contains scenes related to sexual assault that could be upsetting. We will have advocates present.
Attendance vouchers will be available if needed.
