The Student Cooperative Association is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Benjamin Poproch and William Trimblett to its managerial staff.
Poproch will serve as the assistant director of information systems and technology. In this position, he will support all internal computer systems, peripherals, and applications used by the Student Co-op Association, The Co-op Store, and their employees.
A native of Home, Pennsylvania, Poproch is a 2009 graduate of Marion Center High School. He earned his undergraduate degree in information systems from Slippery Rock University in 2013. He resides in Indiana.
“I’m excited to have this opportunity to see what I can do for the Student Cooperative Association,” Poproch said, “and what the Student Co-op can do for me.”
Trimblett will serve as the assistant director of operations. In this position, he will help maintain a cooperative working relationship with student groups, university offices, and outside groups in coordinating and facilitating programs held in the HUB complex and other Student Co-op owned facilities.
A native of Swoyersville, Pennsylvania, Trimblett completed a dual Master’s degree in May at IUP, with an MA in Employment and Labor Relations and MS in Sport Science. In 2016, he also earned his undergraduate degree from IUP in physical education and sport. He resides in Indiana.
