This production is suitable for all ages from the young to the young-at-heart.

Princess and the Pea-BrainedIn the Princess and the Pea…Brained, Queen Ivory has decided it is time for her immature son, Prince Pallid, to find a wife. Every neighboring kingdom is invited to bring any eligible princess for consideration, but there is a secret test to ferret out the princess of the purest bloodline. When the visiting queens find out about the test, they each plot to ensure their own daughter’s success. Chaos ensues as each visiting mother tries to stack the deck in favor of their own daughter.

The show begins with a humorous and whimsical performance of Kinderzircus performed by the IUP Dance Theater in collaboration with the Indiana High School Drama Club.

The Princess and the Pea…Brained is choreographed and directed by Holly Boda-Sutton. Nancy Pipkin-Hutchinson serves as costume designer along with Brian Jones as lighting and set designer. IHS Drama Club is under the direction of the Leah Lyons.
