Cooking for the Health of It Competition

You have plenty of time to think over Spring Break about what favorite healthy dish you would like to enter in the Cooking for the Health of It Competition. 

Flyer for Cooking Competition The Health and Wellness Promotion peer educators would like you to share your favorite healthy dish with others. While you are on Spring Break, they’d like you to think about what dish you would like to create and enter into the competition. 

Send the recipe and a picture of your dish to Nicole Schneider,, by Thursday, March 15, 2018. Then, on Monday, March 26, bring your dish to the HUB Susquehanna Room and submit it to be graded by a registered dietitian on nutrition, appearance, and taste! A prize will be given to the winner of the healthiest dish. 

Don’t like to cook? Come and taste the healthy food submitted to the competition. Or, you can test your knowledge at nutrition trivia. Also, see how many steps it takes to walk off your favorite dessert.
