Hannah Duminske has been named the Punxsutawney Person of Purpose for November/December 2017.
This award recognizes the student who has shown academic excellence and good work ethic and who actively participates in the classroom. The recognition reinforces the critical value of passion, persistence, and purpose of achieving meaningful success.
Award recipients are chosen from faculty nominations.
Duminske was nominated by Theresa Ruffner as being among the most outstanding in her classroom. Hannah will receive a $250 award.
