Douglass Institute Invites Proposals for 2018 “Issues of Diversity” Season

The Frederick Douglass Institute for Intercultural Research invites proposals for the 2018 season of its working paper series, "Issues of Diversity: Voices from the Field."

The goal of the series is to provide an informal and supportive setting for participants to receive feedback from others who share their scholarly and academic interests in diversity, social equity, and inclusion. Presenters can share work from inception and early findings to polished pieces. Sessions are scheduled over the lunch hour, with a special session planned as part of the Six O’Clock Series.

Interested individuals should submit a 200-word abstract to by December 31, 2017. Scheduling will begin in early spring 2018.
