Dana Driscoll (English, Composition and TESOL) has co-authored a book chapter with her colleagues Gwen Gorzelsky, Carol Hayes, Joseph Paszek, and Edmund Jones.
The chapter, titled “Meaningful Practice: Adaptive Learning, Writing Instruction, and Writing Research,” appears in Contemporary Perspectives on Cognition and Writing.
The article explores the relationship of practice and writing transfer to new research in neuroplasticity, situated cognition, and adaptive learning.
