IUP’s College of Education and
Communications will cosponsor a free screening and discussion of Mimi and Dona, a film by Sophie Spartain, on Thursday, November 9, 2017, from 5:00 until 7:30 p.m. in Beard Auditorium, Stouffer Hall.
“Heart-wrenching. As unflinching as it is beautiful,” says the New York Times. The story of Mimi and Dona is an unforgettable portrayal of love and hard choices. It looks at the issues of disability, long-term care, and the realities of aging.
