We all need sleep, but sometimes it gets neglected. Restful sleep is as important as diet and exercise and is essential for maintaining good health, energy, learning, and memory.
The Counseling Center staff will present “Sleep: It Does a Body Good” on Wednesday, November 1, 2017.
Everyone is invited to this workshop to discuss common sleeping problems and learn new ways to get your ZZZs.
