On September 11, 2017, the IUP Student
Accounting Association in the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology hosted representatives from PwC. Michael Sklarsky, tax manager, graduated from Washington and Jefferson and has been with PwC for 10 years. Andy Herbert, tax associate, graduated from IUP in 2015 with a dual major in accounting and
PwC associates provided an in-depth look at
how PwC, one of the largest international public accounting firms, manages global
tax services. They also specialize in advisory and assurance.
PwC adds 11,000
campus recruits to their team annually. New hires get the opportunity to
receive Becker material free of charge for the CPA exam, and the company pays
for the exams. Another advantage about
working for PwC is that they will pay for your master’s degree. New hires with
student debt can receive $1,200 per year for up to six years from PwC.
PwC’s internship positions are posted each
September for the following year. Students graduating in 2019 should be
