The Department of Food and Nutrition’s dietetic interns will present “A Nutrition Expo: Put Your Best Fork Forward.”

March is National Nutrition Month. To celebrate, the IUP dietetic interns are putting on an expo using this year’s theme, “Put your best fork forward.” You will be taken on a food journey through the USDA’s MyPlate, showing how this free tool can be utilized in everyday eating and cooking.
There will also be cooking demonstrations beginning at 12:05 p.m. The interns will also have free food samples for attendees. Attendance vouchers will be available.
After you have completed your food journey by attending all of the MyPlate stations, please stay to sample some amazing chili recipes at the Chili Cook-Off, sponsored by the Student Association of Nutrition and Dietetics. This event will run 3:00–5:00 p.m.
