The Student Association of Nutrition and Dietetics (SAND), which is the professional organization nutrition majors and minors within the
Department of Food and Nutrition, is sponsoring a Chili Cook-Off in honor of National Nutrition Month.
Throughout the entire month of March, nutrition experts educate the public as the benefits and fun of healthy eating and proper nutrition. SAND is encouraging student groups, departments, co-workers, and community members to prepare their best chili recipe.
